Disappointed. We were excited to try this place. The space was clean inside. We were there around 10:30 am and only a few people were dining in. We were planning to dine there. There were at least 4 servers to run the front restaurant. We were told to go to the register to order. The menu was very small for a breakfast/ brunch place. Didn’t even have any egg platters. We ordered the Belgium waffle and added Nutella and fruit. And the waffle sandwich special. A hot hazelnut latte and a cold iced caramel latte. I told the server that we were dining there. We were surprised that they called my name after waiting quite some time and our food was in a brown bag and to go coffee cups. We went back to our table and had no utensils. I went back to ask for 2 forks and knives. The server took several minutes to get them. She looked like she didn’t know where they were or were washing them to give to us. Seemed very odd. Went back and opened my waffle. The entire bottom was totally burnt. Paid close to $20 for a burnt waffle with very few bananas and blueberries(which were additional cost). The special waffle sandwich was not good at all. My husband barely ate it. The hot

Stars 3.5 I came here last year and the service was good. This time I ordered takeout again, and while it was ready right on time, most of the staff was not welcoming. The handful of staff members just standing around chatting and treated me like I didn't exist. There was no smile or greeting to me, their customer. As for the space, it is cute. But as for the food, I appreciate it came with one toast but the avocado toast had way too much balsamic glaze. It was completely overpowering and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect here. To improve the taste, there should be an option to put on the side. Hoping they get back to their usual quality and welcoming service!

Stumbled upon this lovely gem! So happy I did. The service by Chef Dominic was outstanding and the staff were so pleasantly nice. I just wanted something to grab for the beach and got the Manhattan style bagel with lox. It is delicious!! Thank you, I’ll be coming back again!

First time here today, the ambiance was awesome, relaxing good music, calm comfy vibe, plenty of tables, ordered coffee and an iced salted caramel latte and they were delicious. The barista was very friendly and attentive, they had really nostalgic decor, they also had books and games for customers to use, and a great photo couch and backdrop for those that do social media etc. Highy recommend you check this place out
